10.30 City Tour.
We will begin our tour with a panoramic view of the “Huaca Pucllana”, magnificent ceremonial and archeological center erected in the IV century and considered “Sacred Town” by the Incas.
The Viceroyalty of Peru was the most important of the Spanish Empire and Lima was its capital. After, we will visit the Historical Center of Lima, where we will appreciate more than fifty monuments and colonial buildings., highlighting the Paseo of the Republic, the San Martin Square,, the main square (Plaza Mayor), the Government Palace the Archiepiscopal Palace, the Basilica Cathedral, the Municipal Palace among others.
Then, we will go to the Saint Francis Monumental Complex, which constitutes the most important exhibition of colonial religious art in America. Is worth mentioning the visit to the subterranean crypts better known as “Catacombs”. Finally, we will visit Lima’s more traditional residential areas, El Olivar in Isidro, Miraflores and Larco Mar.
14: 30 hrs. Lunch in Rosa Nautica: city icon decorated with a Victorian atmosphere and a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.
16:00 hrs. We will tour Barranco and will descend for picture taken.
19:00 hrs. Dinner at the Huaca Puccllana: beautiful restaurant with a first class gastronomic food situated inside an archeological site.
22:00 hrs. Return to the hotel.
