Update of entry requirements to Peru from October to November 2021
All passengers, vaccinated and unvaccinated, must present a negative COVID-19 test result in order to enter Peru.
Negative result of the RT-PCR test 72 hours before departure (QR).

Issued within 72 hours prior to departure from the first boarding point.
Applicable age
Travelers 12 years of age or older.
Consider
The test result certificate must be issued in the country of origin.
Exceptions
Children under 12 years of age must present a medical certificate of good health.
Forms or requests
Passengers must complete a “Health and geolocation authorization sworn statement” at http://e-notificacion.migraciones.gob.pe/dj-salud/ 72 hours before departure.
